• Usage data: App interactions, feature usage, and crash reports via Google Firebase Analytics.
• Device information: Device type, OS version, and language settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide personalized fortune readings, tarot, compatibility, and dream interpretation services
• Manage your in-app wallet (Yeopjeon) balance and transaction history
• Improve our services and user experience
• Send important service notifications

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party AI Services

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the following third parties:

• Google AI (Gemini): To generate your fortune readings, tarot interpretations, compatibility analyses, and dream interpretations, we share the following personal data with Google's Gemini AI service:
  • Data shared: Your name, birth date, and gender
  • Purpose: To generate personalized AI-powered fortune readings
  • Data retention by Google: Google Gemini AI does not retain your personal data after generating results
  • Consent: We obtain your explicit consent before sharing any data with Google AI. You can manage your consent in the app's Settings at any time
• Firebase: For authentication (login) and anonymous analytics. Firebase processes your email address and authentication tokens.
• AdMob (Mobile): Displays rewarded video ads on mobile apps. AdMob may collect device identifiers for ad personalization. You can opt out in your device settings.
• Google AdSense (Web): Displays ads on our website (myksoul.com). AdSense may use cookies and device identifiers for ad personalization.

4. Cookies & Advertising

Our website uses Google AdSense, which may place cookies on your browser to serve relevant ads. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. On mobile, AdMob uses your device's advertising identifier, which you can reset or opt out of in your device settings.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Asia Pacific (Seoul) region. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We retain your data as long as your account is active.

6. Your Rights

• Access & Export: You can view all your data within the app at any time.
• Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the app's Profile > Settings screen. This action is irreversible and removes all data including your K-Soul identity, Yeopjeon balance, transaction history, fortune results, and profile information.
• AI Data Consent: You can grant or withdraw consent for sharing your data with Google Gemini AI at any time via the AI Data Usage toggle in Settings.
• Opt-out: You can opt out of analytics tracking and personalized ads in your device settings.
• Contact: You may also request data access or deletion by contacting us directly.

7. Children's Privacy

My K-Soul is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
