How do I get Yeopjeon (Y-Coins)?

New users receive 30Y as a welcome bonus. You can earn more by watching rewarded ads (5Y each), completing daily quizzes, or purchasing Y-Coin packs in the Store.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including K-Soul identity, Yeopjeon balance, and transaction history. This action cannot be undone.

Can I restore my purchases?

Yes. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, go to Profile → Store → Restore Purchases to recover any in-app purchases linked to your Apple ID or Google account.

How does K-Level work?

K-Level is your Korean culture journey ranking. Earn XP by creating K-Soul identities, taking quizzes, using fortune services, and more. There are 6 levels from K-Newbie (🌱) to K-Master (👑).

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your data is stored securely on AWS servers with encryption. We do not sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Why can't I sign in?

Make sure you're using the same Google or Apple account you originally registered with. If the problem persists, try deleting and reinstalling the app, then contact support@myksoul.com.

How do I change my language?

My K-Soul supports 7 languages (English, Korean, Japanese, Spanish, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Filipino). Go to Profile → Settings → Language to change your preferred language.
