Welcome to My K-Soul. By using our application and website (myksoul.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using My K-Soul ("the App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

My K-Soul provides AI-powered Korean cultural experiences including:

Korean name and identity generation (K-Soul)
Daily fortune readings, tarot, dream interpretation, and compatibility analysis
K-Character avatar generation
K-Culture quizzes and educational content
Social features including soulmate matching

3. Account Registration

You may sign in using Google or Apple authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
One person may maintain only one account.

4. Virtual Currency (Yeopjeon / 엽전)

The App uses a virtual currency called "Yeopjeon" (엽전, symbolized as "Y") to access premium features.

4.1 Earning Yeopjeon

You can earn Yeopjeon through:

Welcome Bonus: Granted upon account creation (free)
Ad Rewards: Watching rewarded video advertisements (free, daily limit applies)
Quiz Rewards: Completing K-Culture quizzes (free)
Streak Rewards: Consecutive daily quiz participation (free)
Referral Rewards: Inviting friends to join (free)
Gifts: Receiving Yeopjeon from other users
In-App Purchase (IAP): Purchasing Yeopjeon with real money through Apple App Store or Google Play Store

4.2 Spending Yeopjeon

Yeopjeon can be spent on premium features within the App, including but not limited to:

Daily fortune readings (5Y)
Tarot readings (5Y)
Dream interpretation (5Y)
Compatibility analysis (5Y)
K-Character generation (5Y)
Yearly fortune readings (10Y)
Soulmate matching

4.3 Non-Refundable

            All purchases of Yeopjeon are final and non-refundable. Yeopjeon cannot be exchanged,
            transferred, or converted to real-world currency, except as required by applicable law. Refunds for In-App
            Purchases are handled exclusively through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) in
            accordance with their refund policies.
        

4.4 No Real-World Value

Yeopjeon has no real-world monetary value outside of the App. Yeopjeon is a limited license to access certain features within My K-Soul and does not constitute property, a stored value, or a financial instrument.

4.5 Account Deletion

            If you delete your account, all remaining Yeopjeon will be permanently forfeited and cannot be
                recovered or refunded. You will be clearly warned of this before account deletion is processed.
            We recommend using your remaining Yeopjeon before deleting your account.
        

4.6 Service Termination

In the event that My K-Soul permanently ceases operations, we will provide at least 30 days' notice to allow users to utilize their remaining Yeopjeon before the service shuts down.

5. AI-Generated Content

Fortune readings, tarot interpretations, compatibility analyses, dream interpretations, and other AI-generated content are provided for entertainment purposes only.
AI-generated content should not be considered professional advice (medical, financial, legal, or otherwise).
Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or consistent.
We use Google Gemini AI to generate personalized content. By using these features, you consent to your provided data being processed by Google's AI services as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the App or its systems
Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers or bonuses
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
Harass, abuse, or harm other users through social features
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and software in My K-Soul are owned by us or our licensors.
K-Character avatars generated for you are licensed for personal, non-commercial use.
You may share your results and avatars on social media with proper attribution.

8. Limitation of Liability

My K-Soul is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your purchased Yeopjeon.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless otherwise required by your local consumer protection laws.
